   However, you may be required to dress more modestly than you are used to, and I know of some women who even cover their hair, although in most cases long sleeves and dress or trousers are sufficient.

The standar workweek is 48 hours, but the  most government ofices set a 36 hour week.The boys of 15 years old, can work with parental permission, and some young non-Qataris work in family businesses. However, youths of any nationality do not frequently work in Qatar.


Trade unions are prohibited, Strikes are permitted only after the case has been presented to the Labor Department of the Ministry of Civil Service and an agreement cannot be reached.

the shawarma is a roll of bread with chiken, meat, sauce, tomatoes and  cabbage and bacon.

In my country most people are islamic, including me  and we  identify the prophets of Islam as those humans chosen by God to be his messengers according to the Quran.

Mohammed was a political and military religious leader who founded the Arab religion of Islam as a historical phenome.

 

LOCATION OF QATAR

   The State of Qatar is an Arab nation that is located in the Middle East and in the western regions of the Asian continent. The Qatar Peninsula lies in the northeastern coast of Arabian Peninsula. The neighboring country that shares its border with Qatar is Saudi Arabia in the southern side. Persian Gulf is surrounding the country from all sides. 

Muslim veils

Burka: Is a garment originally from Afghanistan.It's a tunic of full body covering even the eyes. A net is used so that women can see through it and is usually gray or blue.


Chador: Is a semicircular black robe that covers almost the entire body leaving a gap for the face, unlike the Burka, if it is discovered. It is typical of the Shi'a of Iran and above all more common in women over rural areas than in urban environments.


Niqab: Is a veil which covers the face leaving a gap for the eyes. Also typically black as the chador, the niqab seems you had a Byzantine origin and was adopted later by the Muslim culture after the conquest of the Byzantine Empire in the 15th century.


Shayla: This is the kind of veil which is most often seen in Spain and in most Muslim countries. It consists of a rectangular scarf that can be in different ways, but one of the most common is covering the head and above the neck.

Ramadan:

The holy month of Ramadan is one of the most important and reflective times in the Islamic calendar and commemorates the revelation of the Holy Quran.

The  flag of my country was adopted on  July 9th 1971.
It is maroon with a broad white  band (nine white points) on the hoist side.
The meaning of Qatar's flag is:
 The white colour reflects the internationally recognised symbol of peace
 The maroon colour symbolizes the blood shed during several wars.
 The nine-points indicates that Qatar is the 9th member of the "reconciled Emirates" of the Persian Gulf.

The Bridge Tower:

The Bridge Tower is two towers, one office tower and one hotel tower located at West Bay area of Doha, Qatar. The two towers are both 45 floors high with two basement levels and a three-level podium. The project expected to be completed in the end of 2012.

Traditional Dhow in front of Doha:

Being surrounded by the Arabian Gulf on all three sides of the peninsula, there lies plenty of opportunities for cruising and water sporting. Sailing is a good pastime here, and many private firms offer windsurfers and dinghies for rent and there are sailing classes for novice sailors.

The primary means of transportation in my country is by road, due to the very cheap price of petroleum. A large bus network connects Doha with other towns in the country, and is the primary means of public transportation in the city

Aspire Park

A pleasant place to spend some time away from the crowded Doha roads is Aspire Park. Hidden away behind Villagio, it is a surpisingly large and green park, complete with children's play area, football piches, greenery and trees.

Souq Waqif is an important souq in Doha in the state of Qatar. And this tourist destination is renowned for selling lots of things like traditional garments, spices, handicrafts, souvenirs and animals. It’s also the home to dozens of restaurants from all over the world and this market dates back at least hundred years, but recently it was restored back to its original glory. It’s considered one of the top tourist destinations within Doha.
